Mr.Why up there, spread his arms like a sorcerer in awe for the first time after building his first effect back in the beginning of this century.
He lives with us inside a dark spooky castle on the edge of a crumbling cliff surrounded by thunder and lightning somewhere in Vienna Austria.
Completely hypnotized ever since then, he can't stop building effect pedals! We- his humble servants help him do it.
Slowly we all became an official company selling worldwide.
We create analog effects that are hand built with love. We try to make them sound new and prograsive, full of new sonic possibilities

Our units would work fantastically at the back of an amp or in the effects loop. Still they are built for raw ass kicking up front!

We are happy to stay as flexible as possible when receiving special and personal requests. We enjoy this! Be it different coloration wishes or specific colors for knobs. That is why we gladly correspond with our buyers via mail to keep it real! Just keep it relative short and understand if not everything is possible! We trust our eyes, ears and artistic experience and enjoy the unique character of each device we think is ready to go public.

Like most Boutique manufacturers out there, we try to get the best components available.
We give much thought into our designs and the assembly of our devices.
We take all measures possible in order to avoid any technical malfunctions.
Even so, MbM will always be more then willing to replace or fix any broken/malfunctioned device we have created as long as we are in business and so long it carries the unit's Serial number, date of assembly and is licensed in our own serial data bank.
If a device we have sold or shipped abroad got injured or broken on the way or seems to not work properly for any reason right after it was bought, we would be more then willing to fix it or get the buyer equipped with a new device.
Such new device will be issued only in return for the malfunctioned device first and only when it follows our Terms and Conditions!

If you send us a unit back in order to fix a problem or if you want to make sure that your life-long guarantee stays valid consider the following Terms and Conditions!
1)
M.B.M will always be more then willing to replace or fix any broken/malfunctioned device we have created as long as we are in business and so long it carries our plate logo. Serial number, date of assembly and is a licensed unit in our own serial data bank! You don't need to save any receipt but it can be useful (:
We will not treat a unit that has been abused or severely damaged; this applies to shorts caused by any type of liquid or by any false use of incompatible electric current or charge. Treatment is however free of charge if the following Terms and Conditions are followed.

Shipping costs in case of repair are to be paid for by the owner alone.
3)
A new device will be issued only after carful examination of the broken unit and only if it is impossible to repair the broken unit first!
4)
We do not agree to any or allow any further selling of our units if such a deal isn't made or has been agreed with us first. We will not treat any device of ours that has changed owners or that was bought through a third or second-hand dealer or any shop we are not personally in business with.
5)
We are not responsible for any physical injuries caused by using one of our units! Mental injuries also...

This Website, our company name and logo are Made by Mystery's own private good & protected brand and may not be used or abused by anyone else but us.

Return Policy: We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way • -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed) • -must not be a special order or a custom order • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

We send our units via normal priority mail. Please consider a waiting period of about two weeks from day of purchase.
